A brief updates about up coming grand Event of Navaratri "Dandia-Ras Fastival"

v     Dandia-Ras Fastival / Navaratri Scheduleed on: 30th September to 10th October '08.

1. 30^th September and 1^st October, 2008. - Venue at Ashoka Hall, ICC
2. 2^nd and 3^rd October 2008 - Venue at Indian School, Al-Khor Community
3. October 4^th to 10^th   October, 2008. - Venue at Ashoka Hall, ICC

v     Charges for members are as under:-

1. Family Member : QR 175/- for family pass
2. Bachelor Member : QR 100 for single pass

v     All GSQ Members are requested to inform your willingness to any committee member and registered your self for Bachelor or Family pass. We request you to collect your pass on or before 25^th September ’08.

v     All Members must collect Dandia-Ras Festival passes from committee member / area coordinator on or before 25^th September ’08.

v     Your early registration will help us for easy distribution of passes and less hassle for you and us at the Gate.

v     Looking at the present strength of GSQ Members and limitation of Ashoka Hall size it was decided that "GSQ will not entertain or allow any NON Members / Member's Guests (except Invites / Sponsors of GSQ)

v     Kindly forward this mail to all Gujarati who is not yet registered with GSQ and they are willing to attend this event and advice them to become members and collect their entry pass before last date.

v     Please do not put us in embarrassing condition at Gate with request to allow your guest or with out carrying entry pass or to register on spot for membership for Entry pass.

v     for attending Navratri at Al-Khor please register your name with following members:

Name will be declared on 30^th Sept. 08 at Ashoka Hall, ICC.

We are planning to organize one day of Navratri at Umm-Saied

And "Sharad Poonam" at Dukhan on 17^th October 2008.

Details will be followed after all logistic approvals
