Dear All GSQ members,

In continuation with our GSQ tradition to honor top ranking students of our member's,

we will be presenting awards to toppers (First two) of Class 9, 10, 11 and 12.

To decide and finalize top ranking students, the guidelines are as under:

    Applicable for ONLY GSQ members whose children's are residing and studying in and Qatar in Std. 9, 10, 11 and 12.

Parents are requested to submit the mark-sheet of their children's to Vijay Dhandha - on or before 1st August 2008

President, Vice President and Gen. Secretary will go through all mark sheets

and would publish name of students with marks obtained standard-wise.

This information will be sent by mail to all GSQ members on or before 15th August 2008.

If any objection / query about the final list member may directly contact President / Gen. Secretary

and clarify / get corrected list with proper proof.

In case of any dispute/tie decision of GSQ committee decision will be final.

Final list of top ranking students eligible for award will be released on or before 31st August 2008.

No correction /complain will be entertained after this date.

Memento will be distributed during Diwali/New year function.

We appreciate the support from all GSQ members.

Committee members are requested to re-circulate the above mail to their area members to avoid any missing link
