Dear All Members of Gujarati Samaj Qatar,

With showers of rain in last week, winter has set in Doha. All are enjoying Eid Al Adha holidays

and are now ready to Welcome the New year with Christmas celebration. Gujarati Samaj Qatar

has organized Eid / Christmas Celebration with get‐to‐gather, Games, Quiz, Bingo and gala

dinner on 25th December.

Date of Event: 25th December 2008.

Place: Ashoka Hall, Indian Cultural Centre, “D” Ring Road.

Time: 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Outline for 2008 Eid / Christmas Celebration

7.00 pm - 7.30 pm
- Welcome
- Introduction of new GSQ members who joined in 2nd & 3rd quarter of the year 2008.

8.45 pm - 9.15 pm
- Release of Gujarati Samaj Qatar 2nd Souvenir
- Over view of various events/participation by Gujarati Samaj Qatar during 2008
- Appreciation of GSQ committee members for their efforts and Group photo.

ENTRY CHARGES:

Adult : Age 12 years and above - QR30.00 per head.
Children : Age 3 to 12 years - QR15.00 per head.
No entry Fee for Visiting Parents of GSQ Members and Children below 3 years.
GSQ members .... Please provide details of children below 3 years and Parents for administration purpose

Note: Jain food can be served ONLY IF, informed in advance during registration.

collect your entry coupon on or before 18th December ’08.

- Late registration will not be entertained
